I'm playing a web based game that dosn't allow ip sharing. is there a way for me to be able to play 2 accounts in that game? is there anyway for me to get access without being caught?

If it is a game played in the browser, a proxy might be useful in getting around it. You can set up one browser program (like Firefox) to use the proxy, while the other (like IE) uses your IP. Of course keeping within the rules is your responsibility.
