How to Change IP Location?

I am currently working on a project that needs to post ad on a Canadian website. That site allows only Canadian IP to post ad. I am from India. Could you please help me to get out of this issue or any suggestions?

download ie7pro its a free download, one of the options is adding a proxy ip address.



you would need to find a good proxy site and use a Canadian ip just google free proxy list.



using a proxy can be hit and miss and does run very slow but it does work if you find a good fast proxy
