when i try to watch video on the megavideo site, it tells me that i've watched my quota for the day and to wait or pay for unlimited access when i have not watched any video! Perhaps the quota for the day for a non member is 0, and they want you to join.
That message could not means that someone ';stole'; your IP address, but, if some else is using the same gateway (2 computers are sharing the same internet), both computer use the same ';external'; ip address.



However, if you want to change your IP address, it is as follows:



-Open start menu

-Click ';run'; option

-Write the following command:

CMD

-A black windows appears, write the following comand:

IPCONFIG/ RELEASE

-Then get a new IP address (or renewed)_

IPCONFIG /RENEW
That is correct is you are using USB to go online then ever time your pc is turned on you get a new ip address until you turn off your pc. this mean if someone around your neighbor turn on there pc after you turn on yours its it possible that they might grab your old ip address since the ip is lost and go back in queue at the ISP.

this mean you cannot do anything you can use sites like ip chicken to check your ip address each time you go online.
