How Can I change IP to a site i see?

I want to find the site's IP the manually change it. I have tried a lot and it doesn't work.

Unplugging the router doesn't always work. Some ISP's will assign you a default IP which actually might not change from anywhere to 1 week or up to 6 months. It just varies with each ISP.

Is it your site? If its not, then you can't change it.
You can't change a sites IP unless you own it.. You can only change your IP..



To change your IP just unplug your router and plug it back in.
