Your IP is changed by your ISP, not by yourself.
You can try to reset it if your ISP cycles through them...
How?
Unplug router and leave it unplugged for the night
Plug it back in the morning
EDIT:
urzbin's answer just changes your network IP address - meaning the one used to identify which computer it is on the network.
192.168.1.___
or
192.168.2.___
That's what that'll change.
My way will make it so your actual IP is different - the one people outside see.
