4chan permaban, how do i change IP address?

will someone tell me how to change my IP cuz i got myself a permaban. thats right



they will not even review my appeal (its been over 3 months) so i cant do anything



just tell me how to change my IP so i can get back in the /b/rother hood



BTW im using a laptop which is connected to the internet via wireless router hooked to my modem. if it matters.
