Change IP address on a Mac to avoid location specific restrictions?

It ca be browser based, the location restrictive content I'm trying to view is entirely web-based.

If can just make the web application think I'm not in central florida then I'll be golden, I just don't know how to do it.

Thanks for any help.Change IP address on a Mac to avoid location specific restrictions?
Sounds like what you're looking for is a proxy service with the server(s) based in the US. A quick Google for stuff like ';free proxy'; should turn up a few, but be forewarned that some sites might start blocking the proxies once they realize people are using them to get around the location restrictions (which are almost always there for legal reasons, i.e. not having distribution rights for the content in other countries). Hope that helps!Change IP address on a Mac to avoid location specific restrictions?
The only way to fake the funk on an IP like that is to use an anonymizer from Central Florida. Your computer would basically surf the web via that remote computer. Thus making it look like you are from there.

You cannot change your ';real'; IP address because the information wouldnt make it back to your network.
