Reset your modem, that should do the trick. If not, visit a proxy site (just google ';proxy';) and it will make your IP random and undetectable.
Go to http://www.unblocked.org
Just enter the name of the website at unblocked.org and your ip number is automatically changed. its free of cost.
Before you even contemplate trying to get back onto that particular message board, sit down, think what the reason for banning was and mend your ways.
ALthough it is possible to change your ip address you got blocked for a reason so you really shouldn't be trying to get back in to the message board
