You can hide behind a proxy. As for your IP address you can not change, as it is given to you by your Internet Provider. Change IP and you will get a new IP address.

Minddoctor, FranceHow can i change ip address?
reset your modem
of course.. to do it in an easy.. GOOD way you need to use something like the invisible ip map program.... it's the best i've seen so far.

you can delete your cookies and your internet history and everything right from your computer's internet options but i suggest something like ccleaner..

no worries.. it's free %26amp; effective.
If my thinking is correct, you can't change your ip address because that's pretty much provided by your internet service provider.

As for deleting cookies, if you're using Internet Explorer, go to Tools--%26gt;Options--%26gt;General--%26gt;Browsing History Settings--%26gt;Delete (Cookies)

To disable cookies, go to Tools--%26gt;options--%26gt;privacy--%26gt;advanced--%26gt;r?first-party AND reject third-party.

(one note. this may prevent you from accessing your gmail or facebook accounts or other sites which require cookies to be turned on. on the other hand, it prevents marketers from tracking all the sites that you visit)
it depends on your mode of ip addressing. if there is a DHCP server in your network, then you should clikc on ';start'; then click on ';run';. in the run window type ';cmd';. then in the opened window you should run the command ';ipconfig /renew';.

But if your mode of ip addressing is manual, you should right click on your network interface card at the left bottom corner of your screen (two small computers). then you choose ';status';. from the opened window choose ';properties';. in the opened window choose ';Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)';. then click on ';properties';. a window will be opened that enables you change your IP address
The ip address is given to you by your internet service provider.

When you change your co. you will have another ip address.
goto my network places%26gt;view network connection%26gt;local area connetion%26gt;internet protocol and write ip ok
