How to change IP Address?

I'm looking to change my IP address often. What's the best way to be able to change your IP address?How to change IP Address?
The only thing you can change in your IP address is the last octet and, if you're banned, that's usually ignored anyway, so changing your address won't help you. The only way to change your entire address is to get a different provider. (Most proxies are already banned, so using one won't help you either.)How to change IP Address?
Why would you need to change your ip address? doing something illegal?



use a proxy program otherwise unplug your modem for 3 days and you will most likely be assigned another ip address.


open up command prompt (if your a vista user then you have to right click it and click ';run as admin';) and type ipconfig /release and then it will disconnect you from internet and things and the type in ipconfig /renew
