How to use flash on web side with changed IP?

Hi , i have a small problem with shockwave flash player

I tried to change my IP by proxy , by Tor program, but in both case flash doesn't work correctly (it don't show everything on page) , does anyone know how to cheat a flash , does it take any other info's beside my IP,

some proxy's open flash but it doesn't work wright.

The only reliable way to do this is to use a VPN. Proxies are very unreliable as you have seen. The VPN works all the time, works with everything and never gets blocked.
