How to change IP Address on Windows Vista With Netgear Router?

I have a Netgear 2.4G Router and I was wondering how I change my IP because I turned off my modem last night and it is still the same IP so if anyone knows how post a answer please.How to change IP Address on Windows Vista With Netgear Router?
You have to change the mac address on the router. After changing the mac address, power cycle both the router and the modem. Then turn on the modem first, followed by the router.
