How to change ip and show ip of other country?

My dear can anybody explain me how do i change my dynamic ip and show the ip of my choice (i.e of another country) to any website which i visit. every time i can change ip of my choice and only that ip is displayed to them not the dynamic ip which is changed when ever i connect to internet.How to change ip and show ip of other country?
You need a proxy. You will not change your IP address, you will tell another computer to get the web page for you. You will not be able to chose you IP address, the computer sees, but you can chose the country. Web sites like http://www.samair.ru/proxy/ will give IP address of a proxy server. After you have the IP address you need to tell your web browser to use it. In IE click on tools Internet options then click on connections tab. Click on LAN settings. try a simple ip anonymizer, or a proxy, other then that you will be looking into ip spoofing but remember.. the information you wish to view must have somewhere to send the packets to (like sending mail without an address, well u got the mail but it needs to know where to send it)
