How do I change ADSL IP address ?

I connect ADSL to computer using LAN. I can't change IP for this LAN. I am not telling about server IP and Client IP.How do I change ADSL IP address ?
if you restart your router , it would renew your ip address if and only if youre not being assigned static ip addresses a simple way to check that is to open the run command prompt type cmd and press enter , now type ipconfig , keep in mind the ip you have now type ipconfig/renew and see if you get a new ip , in this case theres no need to restart your router , if you get the same ip , you cant change your ip ! the company youre using broadband only assigns static ip address good luck !How do I change ADSL IP address ?
I think I know what you are saying but your phrasing is rather confusing. If you want to change your WAN (Internet IP) address then that is probably not possible since that is assigned by the company you get your access from. However you can change the LAN IP manually but this is fairly pointless since most networks (almost universally for home networks) use DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) to set your IP so theoretically if you want to change you LAN IP then just restart your computer.
