try resetting your modem. most of the time your isp gives you a dynamic ip address so if you reset your modem they me give you a different one.How to change IP if im banned on runescape pricate server?
Your whole country is banned! What country are you from? (I'm in the US Army, stationed in South Korea, so I have to use a Korean server)

You can't change it. But you can go to a friends house and play it there and it will work because it is their IP.
rune scape dose not band using ip address i don't think but just use another computer. and u can't with out resetting ur internet
I think if you reinstall your flash player it might work, i've heared of this to work in the past.
